As the UAE gears up to celebrate The Year of the Fiftieth, Punjab Grill in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are set to commemorate the nation’s milestone with an Emirati Influenced menu created by one of the country’s most innovative chefs, Sandeep Ail.

Diners will be immersed in a blend of cultures with the Emirati and Indian fusion cuisine menu, with appetizers such as the Savoury Luqaimat, a unique take on the all-time favourite traditional dessert, and Fresh Dibba Bay Oysters topped with gold flakes. Mains inspired by the rich heritage of the UAE such as the Emirati-Spiced Gulf Shrimps and Samak Machboos are among the many colourful and flavour-filled dishes on offer, spinning the smells and spices of the two countries into a magical combination.

Dessert lovers will be delighted with Chef Sandeep’s creation of the Date and Camel Milk Brûlée using Emirati dates and fresh camel milk for the ultimate Emirati-inspired end to a celebratory meal.

The Emirati Influenced Indian Menu is priced at AED 250 per person for a 3-course set menu and will be available from 29 November to 4 December 2021.
