RIYADH: Dubai has adopted a new policy that aims to reduce 9 million customer visits to service centers and save more than 300,000 working hours annually in the government.

The Executive Council of Dubai on Monday approved the policy called “360 Services Policy.” It seeks to provide digital services through integrated data and unified channels.

Dubai Crown Prince Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, who is also chairman of the council, tweeted that the step has been taken on the directives of emirate’s ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum. It is part of the council’s efforts to achieve global leadership in government services, he added.
