Dubai’s Finest Moroccan Cuisine at Bab Al Mansour

350

Bab Al Mansour tells a story that started with one
of the most well-known Moroccan chefs, Chef Choumicha Chafay exploring her
ancestral Moroccan cuisine. Today the fine-dining restaurant emblematic to the
palatial city of Fes (Fez) offers nothing but taste discoveries like no other
and a treat for the luxe décor enthusiasts. Dishes like Pastillas, Couscous and
Moroccan spiced kebabs and soups show food lovers a new interpretation of
Moroccan cuisine, one that is carved in luxurious blue, white and gold setting
rooted from deep Moroccan tradition. From wooden doors created by experienced
artisans to the very oriental tile work, the grandeur of the Moroccan heritage
is very vivid at the restaurant.

Fine-dining
combined with intricate décor and detailing, today the restaurant blurs the
pathways between art and gastronomy, between the traditional and modern
culinary worlds.  The menu has a classic,
traditional Moroccan touch with dishes cooked with over 70 organically sourced Moroccan ingredients and spices. Signature
dishes include Moroccan Couscous, Chicken tagines alongside freshly brewed
Moroccan tea, available in several flavors.

The food pays
homage to these roots, showcasing the rich and vibrant flavors of Morocco in
new ways that harmonize with the fresh, local and artisanal ingredients, and
the spirit of the innovative, bustling city of Dubai
