AJMAN, 27th July, WAM / Ajman Police General Command has enhanced the smart transformation of its services by launching the “Request Sponsorship” service through Ajman Police’s smart application in support of the Ministry of Interior’s objective of increasing customer satisfaction with the services provided.
Colonel Ali Jaber Al Shamsi, Director of the Comprehensive Police Station Department, said that the “bail request” service undoubtedly supports the UAE government’s efforts to develop future services and increases the happiness of customers by obtaining the service without the effort of attending the center.
For his part, Lieutenant Colonel Ghaith Khalifa Al Kaabi, head of the Comprehensive City Police Station and member of the Smart Transformation Committee of Ajman Police, explained that the bail application service was the idea of one of the dealers and was implemented at the level of service centers, and it is represented in smooth steps starting with receiving the transaction request through the service available on the smart application Ajman Police. And the customer can complete all the procedures of the service to get an approval message about the guarantee in simple communication, emphasizing that this step increases the efficiency of public services and improves the optimal use of financial, human and technical resources.
He urged the public to take advantage of the smart services provided through the Ajman Police application and the Ministry of Interior to save time and effort, stressing that Ajman Police strives to implement everything that achieves customer satisfaction and happiness and improves the quality of life.
