Al Ain, 4th October / WAM / Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural Center has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination to implement joint programs between the two parties, strengthen cultural and societal cooperation and develop bilateral relations to serve groups in society.
The memorandum was signed by Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, Chairman of the Board of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural and Educational Institutions, and His Excellency Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary General of the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination.
This memorandum comes with the objective of implementing joint programs between the two parties, strengthening areas of cultural and societal cooperation and developing bilateral relations to serve the segments of society through the presented projects, initiatives, activities and voluntary, environmental, cultural and heritage events. of the two institutions that contribute to enable people of determination to integrate and interact with society according to their abilities and capabilities through skills programs. Using modern technologies and artificial intelligence applications to promote volunteerism and community service.
Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan expressed her delight at this partnership, which contributes to achieving the goals of the two institutions together for the service and development of society by supporting people with determination in their lives who give and work to achieve the strategy of The United Arab Emirates, which places a high priority on the development and support of their lives and gives them full opportunity to invest their energy in building their individual lives in an ideal way and their effective contribution to the course of society as a whole.
She added: “Our partnership is a moral charter that we sign with our values and convictions before we sign it in ink for effective joint action, as it was and will remain the value of (United Home) is a title for civilization of the United Arab Emirates; The union, under the umbrella of a community partnership to serve the nation and all its categories, is our highest value that we seek to achieve in Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan’s cultural and educational institutions.”
His Excellency Abdullah Al Humaidan, Secretary General of the Zayed Higher Organization for People of Determination, praised the contributions and societal initiatives of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural Center and the efforts made by Sheikha Dr. Shamma bint Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, especially that culture in the age of science and knowledge represents an essential pillar that cannot be dispensed with to achieve national progress and sustainable human development.
He added: “Through this partnership, we look forward to making optimal use of the collaboration with the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural Center and activating all the terms and objectives of this partnership.” Which aims to strengthen and integrate these groups into society.
The memorandum of understanding provided for the exchange of knowledge, expertise and institutional experiences at common levels between the two parties, which achieved their goals through the exchange of information and relevant studies, each according to its competence, the strengthening of various working mechanisms in the field of information technology, and the implementation of joint awareness programs to strengthen the target groups.
