Sunder Holdings, the hospitality company that redefines the guest experience through technology and design, has announced the expansion of its presence in Dubai with the opening of a property with 401 apartments in Dubai’s Business Bay, the largest property in the company’s global portfolio.
The 35-storey building was developed by SAAS and will be operated by Sonder. The building houses several guest facilities, a swimming pool, a food and beverage shop and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
The new building joins the 465 existing units that Sonder manages at two other locations in Dubai, bringing the total number of units managed by Sonder in the city to 866 units.
Sonder is headquartered in San Francisco, where the company operates in more than 35 cities across ten countries, seven of which are in the EMEA region, and its portfolio includes approximately 19,300 units worldwide from the first quarter of 2022. The company is partnering with Property Owners to rent, manage and operate multi-unit hotels and buildings in prime locations. The company recently announced expansion to the Middle East and Africa, Spain, the UK and Ireland.
