Apple is preparing to unveil the iPhone 13 series in an event to be held within a few months, and Mark Gurman has confirmed that the new versions of the iPhone come with a pattern that simulates the always-on feature on the screen.

A previous report from Bloomberg revealed that Apple has increased supply orders for iPhone 13 configurations to support production of 90 million units of this year’s versions, a 22% increase from last year in which Apple produced 75 million units of iPhone 12 phones.

Gurman has reviewed some of the features of the upcoming iPhone 13 series, in addition to the previous details that confirmed phones support with a refresh rate of 120Hz on the screen, Apple plans to support phones with a pattern that simulates the always-on feature on the Apple Watch screen, where this feature can make use of OLED screens.

The always-on feature on the screen is among the features that iPhone users have been waiting for since the launch of the iPhone X, but Apple has not yet introduced the feature.

This feature is scheduled to support users in showing some information on the iPhone 13 screen without having to activate the screen at first, as the screen can support displaying information about weather, time, and some application notifications.

Gurman also confirmed that this year’s versions will include a new processor chip with faster performance, a smaller bump for the front camera, and improvements in battery capacity over last year’s iPhone 12 versions.
