‘Best of Dubai’, a brand created by award-winning author Flavel Monteiro, is back at Reform Social & Grill this February, with 10 of the city’s top chefs taking part in the gastronomic event.
Taking over the lakeside bar, The Orchard and the lawn, each chef will host their own station preparing their signature dish, each priced at AED 30, so diners can have as little or as much as they like. On the menu, they will find braised cauliflower, BBQ corn and butter pepper garlic prawns, as well as a selection of desserts – all carefully crafted by the city’s best resident chefs, who will be present throughout the event.
Starting at 12.30pm on Saturday, February 6, there is also a packed itinerary to keep the little ones entertained, including a ceramic paint station, arts & crafts, a pop-the-balloon game and face painting. All activities and live entertainment will adhere to government guidelines applicable at the time of the event.
