Hutong, a contemporary Northern Chinese restaurant and bar located in DIFC, is introducing a new, family-friendly Saturday brunch.

The new offer will launch on Saturday, December 5, coinciding with celebrations around the UAE’s 49th National Day. To further mark the occasion, Hutong will be serving a special edition Dim Sum Platter showcasing the colours of the UAE flag during lunch and dinner throughout the week, while the wishing tree in the centre of the restaurant will be adorned with wishing cards featuring the flag.

Diners can indulge in free-flow dim sum, named among the best in Manhattan by Pete Wells of The New York Times, along with a wide selection of fifteen dishes including Hutong’s Fresh Hammour, theatrically cooked at the table on a black stone.

Other stars on the menu include the Wild Mushroom & Truffle Bao, crafted to look like real mushrooms and the Hutong Dan Dan Noodles, a classic Sichuan dish served in a spicy minced lamb, sesame and peanut broth. For a sweet finish guests will be treated to an assortment of signature desserts, paired with ice cream and sorbets.

Hutong’s cocktail and mocktail list complements the free-flow dim sum, with several beverage packages on offer. Mocktails include the Mr. Yang, made with activated charcoal strawberry jam, lime juice and tonic water, or the Red Crowned Crane, with grapefruit sherbet, tea syrup, citric orange and soda.

Those looking to celebrate the start of the weekend party style can head to Hutong’s Dim Sum Friday brunch, with free-flow cocktails and entertainment.
