Experience traditional Arabic dining with a spectacular Bedouin inspired Iftar under the stars on majlis seating. The highlight of the dining experience features a slow-roasted lamb cooked underground in a Zarb, a traditional underground fire pit. The ancient technique of cooking under the sand allows guest to experience an authentical Bedouin barbecue on the beach, served with vegetables and rice, nutritious welcome drinks, dates, hot and cold mezze. Guests will end the meal on a sweet note with traditional sweets and Arabic coffee.

A theme night which changes daily, foodies can enjoy Riviera Seafood on Mondays and Fridays, Mediterranean on Tuesdays, indulge in Indian & Asian on Wednesdays, Turkish on Thursdays, a Great Roast on Saturdays and traditional Middle Eastern cuisine on Sundays.
