Fakhruddin Real Estate Company, the master developer of the Maimon Gardens project in Dubai, is preparing to soon announce the launch of the project, which employs the finest technologies for clean air using technology supported by the American space agency “NASA”.
The company focuses on delivering indoor air quality of the highest possible standards in every apartment, as well as smart homes that are expected to achieve energy savings of up to 30%.
The project is located in Jumeirah Village Circle, and consists of two towers containing residential units including a studio and apartments consisting of one, two and three bedrooms, with a hall and a kitchen.
The two towers also include administrative offices and retail space.
Waste management technology is one of the main elements of the project, as it will help separate dry and wet waste, thus reducing the total carbon emission by around 1,250 tonnes.
