Mi 11 launches in the Middle East with Burj Khalifa light show

Xiaomi has officially revealed that its new flagship, the Mi 11, will be launching in global markets including the Middle East. The new smartphone features new improvements and enhancements from its predecessor, including a new Snapdragon CPU, 50W wireless charging, and a 108-megapixel camera. The Mi 11’s global launch was celebrated with an awesome light show on the Burj Khalifa.

The Mi 11 features the world’s highest resolution 108-megapixel wide-angle camera sensor as part of its triple camera array. There’s also a 13-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera along with a 5-megapixel telemacro lens that enables more detailed portrait shots. There’s also a front-facing 20-megapixel punch hole camera at the front.

The smartphone also features a 6.81-inch AMOLED DotDisplay that also comes with a 120Hz refresh rate and 10bit color technology. There’s also Harman Kardon-powered speakers that bring incredible sound to the palm of your hand.

Inside, the Mi 11 is powered by the new Snapdragon 888 SoC along with an Adreno 660 GPU. There’s also the 6th generation Qualcomm AI engine to boost AI technology on the device plus an X60 modem that enables 5G connectivity. Lastly, RAM comes in at 8GB LPDDR5 32000Mhz and UFS 3.1 storage in 128GB/256GB capacities.
