Eagle Hills Sharjah, a joint venture between Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) and Abu Dhabi-based developer Eagle Hills announced on Sunday the launch of Nada Residences on Maryam Island in Sharjah.
The 74-unit building with a gross floor area of 6,187 square metres is a new release within the Maryam Gate Residences community, the second phase of the Maryam Island luxury waterfront development, Eagle Hill said in a press statement.
Details about project costs and timelines weren’t disclosed.
