Global talent mobility professionals from 40-plus companies explored how generative artificial intelligence (GenAI) can be leveraged to support and manage their global talent during Inspiration Labs held at WERC’s 2023 Global Workforce Symposium (GWS) designed and facilitated by Deloitte in Boston, Massachusetts.
WERC and Deloitte partnered to offer the inaugural GenAI Labs, two exclusive sessions designed to explore the potential uses of GenAI in global talent mobility. The labs were followed by a moderated plenary panel discussion, by Deloitte, open to all GWS attendees.
Lab participants learned about the capabilities and key considerations of GenAI, were inspired by demos of GenAI uses, and worked together to brainstorm 100+ ideas that leverage GenAI across the global talent mobility life cycle.
