The Olympic Committee signs a memorandum of understanding with “Uzbekistan”

The United Arab Emirates Olympic Committee signed a memorandum of understanding with its Uzbek counterpart with the aim of building bridges of cooperation between the two sides, sharing experience, investing energy and talent, and improving capabilities and competencies.

The UAE Committee was represented by the Assistant Secretary General for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Engineer Azza bint Suleiman, while the Secretary General of the Uzbek Olympic Committee Obek Qasimov signed on the other side.

In a press release yesterday, the two parties confirmed that the agreement provides for the dissemination of Olympic values ​​and culture, the promotion of national identity, community service, the design of artistic programs and to contribute with sports federations to the discovery and selection of sports talents through a range of health, physical, psychological and technical determinants.
