For the second year in a row, the Dubai Police Directorate for Airport Security implemented the “Your Joy is Our Goal” initiative to equip 45 needy families in collaboration with Dubai Airports Corporation, Al Ihsan Charity Association, Positive Spirit Initiative Committee and Social Center.
The launch of the initiative was attended by Colonel Jumaa Salem Al-Roum, Acting Deputy Director – General, in the presence of Colonel Abdullah Al-Dosari, Director of the Security Department in Building 3, Fatima Hajeer, Coordinator of the Positive Spirit Initiative Committee, Emirati- the artist Dr. Habib Ghuloom and Dr. Haqqi Ismail, CEO of Al Ihsan Charitable Association. And a number of officers and staff of the Directorate – General for Airport Security and representatives of the participating parties.
Colonel Jumaa Salem al-Rum said: The aim of the initiative is to make orphaned children happy and bring joy to their hearts by walking in the field and handing out Eid clothes to them in their homes.
