The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority’s call center (Customer Care Center) was among the three best contact centers in the evaluation carried out by the Dubai Model Center, attached to the General Secretariat of the Executive Council, in collaboration with the Dubai Digital Authority, as part of the evaluation process for the “Hamdan bin Mohammed Program for Government Services”, which aims to measure the extent of readiness to achieve the vision of 360 services and the digital transformation strategy within the One Government approach.

Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, said that the authority places achieving customer satisfaction at the top of its priorities and noted that the level of service quality in the authority’s customer care center reached 96% in the period from January to July 2022.
