UAE – Inflation will lead to a rise in interest rates in 2022, says The Continental Group survey

Housing prices are still cheap relative to interest rates compared to 15 years ago. People are just feeling FOMO from others who bought 2 years ago.

360 payment cost on a $500,000 house:

Dec 2006: $1,226,820.60
Dec 2021: $889,157.96

And that’s not even factoring in inflation.
